About Me

Hi, I’m Solène. I am a multidisciplinary surface pattern designer specialising in illustrative prints. I love to draw, and my style is very intricate and detailed. I enjoy exploring different narratives within my designs. I work across the interior context from wallpaper and fabric to home accessories. I am proficient in both hand printing and digital printing processes. I am half English and half French. I have grown up living in different countries in Europe and Asia and I have emersed myself in different cultures. My multicultural upbringing inspires my designs and helps me create fun narratives.  I like to draw inspiration from architecture, figures from folklore, as well as figures and artefacts from different cultures.
